For many research projects you work in a consortium with researchers from other universities that may or may not subscribe to DMP Online.  

If their university subscribes to DMP Online, they should follow the steps for institutional login, but use the name of their institution. You should share your DMP with these users using their official email address.  

If not, it is still possible for these external researchers to access DMP Online by creating an individual account.  

Creating an Individual Account 

On the DMP Online home page, click the tab for “Create Account,” then fill in the required fields.  

Then click “Create Account.” 

Once the account is created, you can share your DMP with them using the email address they signed up to DMP Online with here.
