First, go to the DMP webpage at DMPonline (dcc.ac.uk) and then select the option to “Sign in with your institutional credentials.” 

That will bring you to the login page, here you may find Universiteit Utrecht already as an option (1), if not, you can search for the university and select from there (2).  

You may be taken to a UU login page, or automatically logged in with Surf session management.  

On your first time logging in with UU credentials you will be asked to link another account or create a new account, most users should create a new account.
